Central Texas MLS rules only allow for one user per login and password. It is considered an Egregious Offense if you are caught sharing passwords and an automatic $1,000 fine.
Terms and Conditions for VAAR CTXMLS Access
CTXMLS Users will review and abide by the CTXMLS Rules and Regulations provided to each user for the cooperation of MLS data in the system.
Staff Users and Personal Assistants will need to join the VAAR Central Texas MLS Service and will be assigned their own individual login and password for the system.
VAAR is only one of five shareholders and does not own CTXMLS.
