Affiliate Membership

Thank you for your request for information regarding membership with the Victoria Area Association of REALTORS, Inc. Please allow us to take this opportunity to familiarize you with different types of membership available with our association.

If you are interested in joining the association as an Affiliate member you will not only become a member of the Victoria Area Association of REALTORS but also the Texas Association of REALTORS. Your paid membership entitles you to receive the monthly Texas REALTOR magazine with information pertaining to the real estate industry.

Affiliate membership entitles you to receive invitations to attend our quarterly membership luncheons, annual installation banquet, fundraising events and educational functions pertaining to your business. You will also have the opportunity to select sponsorship levels for these events.

If you or any of your employees are State certified licensed Inspectors, you may want to consider expanding your membership privileges to pay applicable fees for Supra which allows you to access our electronic lockboxes.
